Overview: A Thousand Shields formed in 2006 and has spent there time since perfecting a sound that is different from anything else out there today. ATS for short has five members Josiah Baker - vocals, Kelly Cox - drums, Wes Maines - guitar, Darren Overcash - bass, and Chris Belton - keyboard. This band is basically a super group of some of the best young musicans in this area, there music contains elements of early progressive rock as well as heavy metal bands such as lamb of god and between the buired and me. They have won many battle of the bands events in the area and have a fan base that is growing at each show
