COSTUME CONTEST DETAILS
     - 10 finalists will be chosen to go on stage @ Time Warner Cable Uptown Amphitheatre
     - REGISTRATION is 5 pm to 8 pm
     - REGISTRATION is located @ the Front Gate of Time Warner Cable Uptown Amphitheatre
     - All contestants who reigster will receive a business card with a number/contest rules & directions on where to meet no later than 8:15pm
     - 8:30-8:45 - 10 finalists will be posted & identified
     - Selected finalists MUST present card verifying registration NO EXCEPTIONS
     - Crowd applause will narrowthe finalists to 5
     - 9:15 winners announced
