Well. Congress did as expected...waited until the 11th hour to keep us off the Fiscal Cliff! They do have a flair for the dramatic don't you think?
Highlights as I understand them!
(1) Rich folks gotta pay more Income tax...DUH! Where's this been anyway?
(2) Middle Class dodged a hike in regular tax, but cough up 2% in extra payroll tax.
(3) Folks without jobs can breathe a sigh of relief as they get to keep their unemployment benefits for awhile longer.
