As Metric came through town in the middle of their five month tour through Canada and the U.S., to play The Fillmore, we were treated to a short acoustic set. Youth Without Youth and the title track from Synthetica, their 2012 release, translated perfectly in the stripped-down session. Emily Haines and James Shaw also perfromed Gimme Sympathy, one of numerous songs they've had featured on TV and in film.
