Almost a year after Ashlee Simpson divorced ex-husband/rocker Pete Wentz, the parents of Jessica and Ashlee Simpson have decided to file for divorce after 34 years.
Just about 5 months ago Joe and Tina Simpson seemed happy welcoming Jessica and fiancé Eric Johnson's baby Maxwell into the family.......
WHAT WENT WRONG!

According to TMZ, Tina filed divorce papers September 24 in McLennan County, Texas stating, "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict in personalities."

Maybe the personalty Tina has conflict with is one that drinks and drive!

Joe Simpson aka Poppa Joe is not short of drama lately, last month Joe pleaded not guilty of a DUI. On August 4th LA police arrested Joe on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Whatever happened to the Joe we once knew ABOVE, youth pastor and Baptist minister Joe???

This may get messy......Joe has managed both the careers of Jessica and Ashlee which includes their music careers, reality shows, clothing and shoe line, endorsements and hair extensions.

Will they split peacefully or are we in for a typically MESSY HOLLYWOOD DIVORCE???ONLY TIME WILL TELL!!!
