Working with the legendary DR. LUKE, Cyrus looks to have a new CD in time for the summer or fall, although no RCA label type people will confirm or deny this timeline.
It's also believed that CYRUS' music will be subject to RICCITELLI's use of the oracle known as HIT PREDICTOR, an algorithm which allegedly predicts hits for label executives. When combined with the mythical M score and AIRPLAY INTEL, a song can find success - or stiff out - on US pop radio.
It's also believed that some US pop radio programmers have quietly begged RICCITELLI to make sure that CYRUS' music has tempo, and no banjos or steel guitar, similar to MUMFORD AND SONS because of a fear that there's too much of this sort of music on US popular radio at this time, but again, these statements could not be confirmed.
Nor is it believed that JOE RICCITELLI is a supporter of the BALTIMORE RAVENS which has nothing to do with this story whatsoever.
