That if one goes to the bank, drunk, with a signifigant other, and engages in an orally pleasing transaction, that it will cost you a suspended jail sentence, counseling and community service. 

That is - if your "long skinny thing and floppy bits" are spotted by a 10 year old who finds your transaction at the bank disgusting. 

And... one should refrain from such transactions in the bank lobby.
