This 17 year old student got his freak on with a 15 year old student in the library... while another student recorded the moment on video.

SO how does this happen? More specifically... how does this happen DURING SCHOOL HOURS??!
Needless to say the student and the dude who recorded the incident were arrested. Because, as you know, that's ILLEGAL to do.
