Weenie Roast will return on Sunday.  Another band making a return is Garbage.  The Charlotte Observer notes that Garbage released their first album in 1995, the year of the first Weenie Roast, and went on hiatus in 2005, the same year of the last Weenie Roast.  Garbage's Duke Erikson tells the Observer:

“We didn’t know if anyone would even care or notice...We knew we still had some fans out there, but there’s all these young faces in the crowd...kids I can’t imagine were even born when we made our first record.”
